FAQs

How is my order shipped?

Nursewatches.com ships merchandise to locations within the Continental United States and Canada using postal services with the cost included in the price of the item(s).  Normal shipping periods are 3 to 5 business days depending on the geographic location. Additional upgraded shipping services are available (including expedited and tracking numbers) at an additional cost.

 

What is the warranty?

Watches and timepieces are warranted against manufacturer defects to the movement for a period of 2-years from date of purchase. Warranty does not include the battery or customer abuse. Please return any defective product to the address below with a copy of the sales receipt. The product will be replaced with the same item or similar if not available.

How do I change the battery?

We include a spare battery with each timepiece purchased. To change battery, remove back cover from timepiece, replace battery then re-secure back cover.

 

I am not satisfied with the product. What can I do?

Your satisfaction is important to us.  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it for immediate exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase. Please obtain prior authorization for all returns  with Customer Service atcs@nursewatches.com.
Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for any shipping charges to return or exchange any items to nursewatches.com.

 

I have a watch that is not working. What do I do?

  1. Check that the crown is in the ‘in’ position.
  2. Replace the battery. Replacement battery is a type AG4 or SR626SW and is available from most drug stores.
