WARRANTY: Watches and timepieces are warranted against manufacturer defects to the movement for a period of 2-years from date of purchase. Warranty does not include the battery or customer abuse. Please return any defective product to the address below with a copy of the sales receipt. SHIPPING & DELIVERY: At this time, nursewatches.com ships merchandise to locations within the Continental United States and Canada using postal services with the cost included in the price of the item(s). Normal shipping periods are 3 to 5 business days depending on the geographic location. Additional upgraded shipping services are available (including expedited and tracking numbers) at an additional cost. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS: In the event that a nursewatches.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, nursewatches.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. nursewatches.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
